A Client’s Needs Met with a Thorough Upfit

Lewis Bell served as general contractor for Edelman Financial Engines’ office upfit. The space, an office suite in a building managed by Spectrum Companies, was essentially empty when Lewis Bell got to work. They built out individual offices within the suite to provide the workspaces Edelman Financial Engines needed, and modified electrical, fire safety, and other building systems to work with the new layout.
