The Loading Dock’s coworking and collaborative spaces are well-known in Raleigh for their functionality and cool aesthetic. Lewis Bell served as the general contractor for the company’s Beryl location. Lewis Bell converted the warehouse space into bright, modern coworking, co-warehousing, and event space, complete with private offices, meeting rooms, a full kitchen, and a fun, creative vibe.
