A First-Class Buildout of First-Generation Space

Locally owned Pilates and fitness studio FlowCORPS secured ground-floor retail space in the new Sojourn Glenwood Place residential building to house their third location. FlowCORPS are the first tenants of the space, and brought Lewis Bell on board to build out a reception area, bathrooms, and the fitness studio itself. Lewis Bell also installed sound mitigation materials to keep volume at a comfortable level for gym visitors and FlowCORPS’ neighbors.
